1. Our Role

NADSO provides recruitment, consultancy, and empowerment services to social care organisations. We support compliance but do not replace statutory or regulatory responsibility, which remains with the regulated provider.

2. Recruitment Services

All candidates are supplied subject to availability and suitability

Final recruitment decisions rest with the hiring organisation

We support compliance processes but do not act as the employer unless agreed in writing
3. Consultancy Services

Advice is provided based on sector expertise and current best practice

Consultancy does not constitute legal or regulatory certification

Responsibility for implementation remains with the client organisation

4. Employment Workshops

Workshops are designed to support confidence, employability, and empowerment

Participation does not guarantee employment

Workshops complement, but do not replace, statutory education or support services

5. Fees & Subscriptions
​

Subscription services are subject to a minimum 3-month term

Unused consultation time does not roll over unless agreed

Fees must be paid as agreed prior to service delivery

6. Safeguarding & Conduct
​
We operate in line with safeguarding principles. We reserve the right to suspend services if safeguarding concerns arise.
7. Intellectual Property
​
All website content and materials are owned by NADSO Recruitment & Consultancy Ltd.
​
8. Governing Law
​
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
